Returns or Exchanges
To successfully return your order, please email us firstly firstname.lastname@example.org.
And your items must meet the following rules:
- Item must be returned within 30days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn and in the original, undamaged packaging.
- The return of these items will be at the customer's own expense.
Please note items that have been used, washed or worn or are not in their original packaging will be rejected. If you believe you have a faulty item or a wrong item which is not yours, please must email us a picture of your items and a receipt of your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
For returning or exchanging your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
However, if items are faulty or defective, and not belonged to you, we will pay for the shipping fees.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
